Leawood, Kan. – August 18, 2026 – FAS Wealth Partners growth continues to be recognized, as the independent, employee-owned wealth management firm rose 65 spots on the Kansas City Business Journal’s 2026 list of the region’s fastest-growing companies. FAS, which serves high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families, moved from No. 205 last year to No. 140 this year.

FAS Wealth Partners Rises on the 2026 Fastest-Growing Companies List

The climb reflects continued organic growth at FAS. In addition, the firm has steadily increased the range of services available to clients.

Over the past decade, FAS has developed a more comprehensive wealth management experience. This approach serves clients whose needs extend well beyond investment management.

Alongside portfolio management and financial planning, the firm now offers tax planning and preparation and estate planning coordination. As a result, families can address more of their financial needs through one integrated team.

“Our growth reflects the kind of firm we have worked to build,” said Jake Barnes and Tom Meier, Co-Managing Directors of FAS Wealth Partners. “Clients increasingly want more than investment management. They want thoughtful advice across the decisions that shape their financial lives, with each piece working together.”

A More Comprehensive Wealth Management Experience

As FAS has grown, the firm has also reached a scale that provides clients with access to a wide range of investment resources. Clients also benefit from an experienced team and leading technology.

At the same time, FAS remains focused on preserving the highly personal service of a boutique advisory firm.

“We believe there is real value in having meaningful resources behind the relationship while remaining personal and accessible,” Barnes and Meier added. “As our clients’ needs change, our responsibility is to continue doing more for them without losing the level of service and connection that has always distinguished FAS.”
